Borough Council and a Free Concert: This Week in Malvern

Traffic Warnings: North Valley Road is closed for the installation of a pedestrian bridge and isn't scheduled to reopen until 7 p.m. Tuesday. As work on Route 202 continues, there will be evening lane closures on Route 202 and weekend lane closures on Route 401.

Government Work: The Malvern Borough Council is holding a meeting on Tuesday, August 6 at the borough hall. The meeting is scheduled to last from 7:30 to 9 p.m. 

Nature Lovers: The Natural Lands Trust is hosting a meet-and-greet event for potential volunteers to find out more about what helping the land trust entails. The event is scheduled for Sunday, August 11, 1p.m. at the Green Hills Preserve. 

Motown Sound: The Malvern School of Music is holding a free concert at the Covenant Presbyterian Church on Lancaster Avenue in Frazer. The event, which is scheduled for Friday, August 9 at 6:30, is a benefit for the People's Pantry and the Eric Brown Scholarship fund.
