Can You Recycle Photographs?

It's not always easy to tell if something can be recycled. Glossy photos can't be recycled, but glossy magazines can, according to the Chester County Solid Waste Authority.

Recyclables are commodities. Dirty or contaminated, they are worthless. Clean and properly prepared recyclables have value and may be turned into new products.
