Di Bruno Bros. Market Opens In Wayne On Friday
The popular Philadelphia Italian eatery Di Bruno Bros. has opened a store in Wayne on March 19.

WAYNE, PA — Philadelphia’s family-owned and operated Di Bruno Bros. will open its newest market in the heart of downtown Wayne on Friday.
The location at 385 W. Lancaster Ave. is an 8,000-square-foot Italian culinary marketplace. Situated along Route 30 at the intersection of Conestoga and Eagle roads and Lancaster Avenue, this will be the company’s sixth and most evolved location, the company said.
It is Di Bruno Bros. second to join the Main Line community, following their space in the Ardmore Farmers Market of Suburban Square, where they’ve been an anchor tenant since 2011.

"For over 80 years and three generations, we’ve served the Philadelphia region and brought some of the world’s most exciting culinary experiences and delicious specialty products to our hometown," said President Bill Mignucci, Jr., third-generation owner and grandson of Danny Di Bruno.
"This new location is an evolution of our beloved, homegrown shop with even more energy, expertise, and enthusiasm for all things edible," Mignucci added. "The Di Bruno Bros. tradition of storytelling and shopkeeping inspired by my grandfather Danny and Uncle Joe Di Bruno will be on full display at our location in the heart of Wayne."

Guests in Wayne may continue to expect the full “Di Bruno Bros. experience,” that bustling energy and warm customer service they’ve cultivated since founders Danny and Joe Di Bruno manned the counters at the original spot in South Philadelphia’s Italian Market, the company's news release said.
"We’re excited for the opportunity to be part of the Wayne community because we’ve only received the warmest response since opening our location in Ardmore, so much so, we even expanded our space there," said Emilio Mignucci, Vice President of Culinary Pioneering, third-generation owner and cousin of Bill Mignucci.
"We are proud and honored to join our close neighbor, the Lancaster County Farmers Market which has been a staple in Wayne for almost 70 years. We look forward to pursuing opportunities to collaborate because our family comes from a community of merchants who truly thrived together, side by side."
Café Di Bruno will be open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and the marketplace will be open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. For more information about Di Bruno Bros. Wayne, please call (484) 581-7888 or visit www.dibruno.com.
