GVSD Education Foundation Donor Has $5K To Match February Gifts
The Great Valley Education Foundation Good Neighbor Program has a generous benefactor who will match up to $5K in donations this month.
MALVERN, PA — Until the end of February, the Great Valley Education Foundation is challenging neighbors to have a heart and give generously to its Good Neighbor Program.
Donations given in February will be matched in the Have a Heart Match Challenge.
"We have a benefactor with a very big heart who is matching gifts up to $5,000 for the Good Neighbor Program," said Stephen Skoufalos President of Great Valley School District Education Foundation.

The foundation's Good Neighbor Program provides temporary financial support to actively enrolled GVSD students and their families experiencing financial hardship.
All donations will be used to purchase grocery gift cards, helping school district families experiencing hardship, the foundation said.

"So far, thanks to the GVSD community, we have helped close to 100 school district families with the Good Neighbor Program," the foundation said. "Please reach out to help us match the challenge. Many of our neighbors are hurting; let's ease their burden through this simple act of a small donation."
