Malvern Boro Holding Public Hearing On Second Avenue As One-Way

MALVERN, PA — Malvern Borough Council announced today it will hold a public hearing on May 4 on consideration of making Second Avenue a one-way street.

The council's notice said the borough is considering amending Chapter 200 of the Malvern Borough's Code of Ordinances, "Vehicles and Traffic," at Article II "Traffic Regulations." The amendment would establish a portion of Second Avenue in the Borough as a one-way street.

The public hearing will be conducted via Zoom, the borough's announcement said.

After the meeting, participants will be placed into the waiting room and admitted by the host. All participates will be asked to identify themselves upon being admitted into the meeting.
