Malvern Railroad Man Passes Away At 88

Robert G. Anderson of Malvern Robert “Bob” G. Anderson, age 88 of Malvern passed away at home while surrounded by his family on December 2, 2015.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Judith and children; Suzanne (husband John) Maslowski and Robert (wife Lauren) Anderson.

Bob will also be lovingly remembered by his 5 grandchildren; Johnny, Charlie, Lily, Aidan and Alexis and his very special caregiver Tamika Scarlett. Bob retired from the railroad after 47 years, working at New York Central, Penn Central, and Conrail.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Bob’s Memorial Mass on Friday, December 11, 2015 at St. Patrick Church, 104 Channing Ave, Malvern PA 19355. Friends will be received from 10:00 -10:30 AM in church. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be in Bob’s name to either Chester County SPCA, Malvern Public Library, or the Malvern Fire Company.
