A memorial service for Nancy Schmitt, who died at 73 from lupus-related illness, is scheduled for Dec 14, according to a release on the borough’s website.
The service is scheduled for 2 p.m. and will take place at the Marsh Creek Community Church in Exton.
Schmitt was the wife of former Malvern Council chair Greg Schmitt, and wrote extensively about the area, both in newspapers and in her own books about the area.
