Hundreds Without Power In Malvern Area: PECO
The nor'easter that is tearing through the region is causing power outages for hundreds of residents in the Malvern area.
MALVERN, PA – Hundreds of people in the Malvern area are experiencing power outages due to the harsh weather that is gripping the region as a nor'easter dumps snow, rain, and strong winds on the area.
According to PECO's outage map, roughly 1,800 Malvern-area customers experienced power outages due to Friday's storm.

PECO is reporting more than 20,500 Chester County customers are experiencing power outages Friday as of 4 p.m.
Wind gusts of up to 60 mph were expected, as well as rain and wet snow, along with flooding risks.

The storm has already caused impacts in the Philadelphia area. SEPTA is reporting several delays. Hundreds of flights out of Philadelphia International Airport are also delayed or canceled. Travelers should check with their carrier before departing to the airport.
