Other highlights include craft-your-own guacamole, snacks, rice bowls, and tortas, along with shareable sides for the table including chile-lime cucumbers and yucca fries.

Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options also are plentiful for diners with independent nutritional needs, as well as health conscious options including bibb lettuce wraps and cauliflower rice.

A kid’s menu with fresh, healthy options including a Build-Your-Own Taco Kit makes BOMBA a family-friendly destination for diners with children.

BOMBA uses antibiotic- and hormone-free protein selections for all of its dishes.

And you'll need to wash down the tacos and more.

Likcily, BOMBA has more than 100 rums from around the world, which are available to try in flights and tastes, as well as in rum cocktails. Signature cocktails — such as BOMBA’s hand-muddled mojitos and house margaritas — are crafted for a more familiar experience. A selection of craft beers and house wines rounds out the drink menu.

The Malvern location will be the first BOMBA in Pennsylvania. Paladar Restaurant Group, parent company of BOMBA, operates Paladar Latin Kitchen in the King of Prussia Town Center.

“We are very excited to be introducing Bomba Tacos & Rum to the Greater Philadelphia market,” said Bomba founder Andy Himmel. “We think the market will love how we package our bold, Latin flavors into a fun taco format in a lively, energetic environment, that’s perfect for a weekend night out with friends or a quick bite to eat during the week with your family.”

The 4,000-square-foot restaurant offers seating for 185 guests and semi-private space for meetings and events. An all-season outdoor space with heaters provides year-round al fresco eating.

BOMBA will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner service and will offer happy hour from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on weekdays.

A weekend brunch also will be available on Saturday and Sundays, when diners can enjoy dishes such as scrambled egg and chorizo tacos and huevos rancheros.
