North Warren Avenue Work Will Happen By Night
Malvern borough sidewalk and storm sewer work is slated for overnight next week, to minimize inconvenience.
MALVERN, PA — Sidewalk improvements and other work on North Warren Avenue will continue in Malvern borough this week and next. The work will happen at night, however, to minimize traffic issues. The borough announced the road would close at the intersection of North Warren Avenue and Broad Street.
The North Warren Avenue Transit Project resumed construction on May 21 after halting due to the pandemic-driven state shutdown. This project includes roadway and sidewalk improvements along North Warren Avenue from Broad Street to Pennsylvania Avenue and roadway, as well as sidewalk and traffic signal improvements to the intersection of Warren Avenue and King Street.
Transit Project contractor Road-Con, Inc. will work at night in order to complete necessary storm sewer work and other construction that is part of the project.

Night work is anticipated from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. on the following dates:
- Thursday, July 23, 2020
- Monday through Thursday, July 27-30.
The Borough of Malvern said, "We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate the public's cooperation as we work to complete this project."
