Paoli Engineer, World War II Lieutenant, Passes Away

Albert L. Thalhamer, age 94, of Paoli, PA, formerly of Rockville, MD, passed away on November 22, 2015. Born in Paterson, NJ, he was the son of the late Michael and Emma Thalhamer (nee Wunsch). He was a graduate of Clifton High School, Lehigh University and Cornell University. He served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy during World War II. He was employed as an Electrical Engineer for the United States Navy in White Oak, MD. He retired in 1981.

Albert was predeceased by his beloved wife, Omega Thalhamer (nee Mills) and his brother Bernard Thalhamer. He is survived by his children Ann Thalhamer Specht (Ralph), John Thalhamer (Deb), Gail T. Grib (John) and David Thalhamer (Pam), his grandchildren Peter and Claire Specht, Lisa, Sarah and Matthew Thalhamer, Catherine and John Grib and Nell, Addison and Lee Thalhamer and his sister, Gloria Bollotino.

Services and Interment are at the convenience of the family.
