The T-style junction is as much a front door to the community as any other spot in borough, as motorists arriving from Route 30 tend to take Bridge Street to cross the train tracks and enter Malvern.

According to Borough Manager Sandy Kelley, the location has housed many businesses over the years— Oasis Bar, Harlan Beverage, White Orchid Antiques and a barbershop.
