Well Loved Paoli Man, Parks and Rec Employee, Passes Away At 79
Thomas Timperio is remembered for his passion for the Eagles, landscaping, and being an adoptive "grandfather" to neighborhood children.

TIMPERIO THOMAS A., 79, passed peace-fully on April 30, 2016. Beloved husband of Emma Marie (nee Barno) for 59 years. Loving father of Stephanie Siekierski (Kevin), Jessica D'Ignazio (Tony) and Thomas A. Timperio, Jr. (Rachel). He is also survived by his four grandchildren: John, Gina, Tommy and Hannah.
Faithful parishioner of Our Lady of Assumption Church for all his life, and graduated from St. Katherine's of Sienna High School. For 31 years, he worked for T.H. Nelson & Dixon Cast Products and then for Radnor Township Parks & Recreation Department for 13 years.

He thoroughly enjoyed retirement at age 65, which allowed him to do the things he loved. Tom was a family man first, and truly treasured his family and friends. His favorite past time was anything to do with the Philadelphia Eagles, as well as landscaping and gardening, of which he won a Township Beautification Award. He was also looked upon as an adoptive 'grandfather' to many of the neighborhood children.
Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation, Friday, May 6th held in the Sacred Heart Chapel 9:30 to 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Assumption Church, 35 Old Eagle School Road, Strafford, PA, followed by a Funeral Mass beginning at 11:00 AM. Burial will be private.
