White Manor CC Hosting Amateur Tournaments This Summer
The club will host the Pennsylvania Amateur Championship and a USGA Mid-Amateur Championship qualifying tournament.

MALVERN, PA – White Manor Country Club in Malvern will host two major golf tournaments this summer, giving golfers a chance to qualify for a United States Golf Association amateur tournament and to compete against Pennsylvania's top amateur golfers.
The club will host the Pennsylvania Amateur Championship, a 54-hole stroke play event, from July 28 through Aug. 2.
Qualifiers are being held across the state through June and July and only 120 will earn the right to contest the 104th Amateur, conducted by the Pennsylvania Golf Association.

Then on Aug. 28, White Manor will host many of the nation's top mid-amateurs – 25 years and older – all of whom hope to qualify at the Malvern course for the USGA Mid-Amateur Championship. The championship will be held at Atlanta's Capital City Club Oct. 7 through Oct. 12.
"The course has never looked or played better," said Kyle Kolarz, director of golf at White Manor CC, citing the expert work of course superintendent Mike Mulhare and his crews. "We could hold the Amateur here tomorrow, but the course will definitely play firmer, faster and more difficult by the end of July."
