3 Hurt In Delco SEPTA Bus-Truck Crash Wednesday Morning
Fire and SEPTA officials said three people were hurt after a truck hit a bus then the bus struck a pole Wednesday in Delaware County.
CHESTER, PA — Few people were hurt Wednesday morning when a vehicle and SEPTA bus were involved in a crash in Delaware County.
The City of Chester Bureau of Fire said the crash occurred at the intersection of Route 291 and Highland Avenue in Chester for an accident.
SEPTA said a pickup truck hit a SEPTA bus at about 6:20 a.m.

The strike caused the bus to drive into a pole, according to SEPTA.
Fire officials said three people were hurt, and SEPTA said two people on the bus suffered non-life threatening injuries.

According to fire officials, crews were on scene for about half an hour to assist with caring for those hurt and scene control.
SEPTA said the bus sustained front end, front door, and windshield damage and was towed from the scene at about 7:45 a.m.
