3 More Women Accuse Newtown Square Chiropractor Of Sexual Assault
Authorities in Delaware County say three more women have accused Ardel Cirio of sexually assaulting them while they were his patients.

NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA — Three more women have accused a Newtown Square-based chiropractor of sexual assault, according to the Delaware County District Attorney's Office.
According to a new criminal complaint, Ardel Cirio, 61, of Springfield, if accused of sexually assaulting three other female patients.
Cirio was initially charged after a woman told police he groped her breasts during an appointment with Cirio at his Newtown Square chiropractic practice. About a week later, a second patient told police Cirio groped her breasts while she was being treated by him.

Now, three more patients, one relatively new and two others with histories of being treated by Cirio, say he assaulted them as well.
Authorities have now charged Cirio with felony aggravated indecent assault without the consent of others and four counts of indecent assault without the consent of others on the heels of the new allegations.

According to the criminal complaint filed last week, all three victims reported similar experiences of Cirio groping their breasts.
One victim told police Cirio told her that her groin needed to be massaged and that Cirio put his fingers inside her vagina during a massage, according to the complaint.
Additionally, two of the three victims told police Cirio kissed and licked their breasts, echoing the accusations made by another woman.
Anyone who is or has been a patient of Cirio and believe that they have been subjected to inappropriate or unlawful conduct by him are asked to contact Newtown Township Police Department Detective Sergeant John Newell at 610-356-0602.
