Biden To Visit Delco To Tout Coronavirus Relief Bill: Reports

President Joe Biden will reportedly be in Delaware County next week after signing the $1.9 trillion coronavirus relief bill.

DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — President Joe Biden is expected to sign the $1.9 trillion COVID relief bill Friday.

And after he signs the bill, the Pennsylvania native is reportedly heading to Delaware County on an apparent "victory tour" to tout the bill's features.

NBC News reports Biden will be in Delaware County Tuesday.

Details of the visit have not been released.

Additionally, Vice President Kamala Harris visit Las Vegas Monday.

According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, the visit is part of an effort to highlight the benefits of the bill, as well as to "build momentum for his next legislative effort," though to be an infrastructure program.

A major part of the relief bill is $1,400 payments going out to Americans who meet certain income criteria.

The bill also includes child tax credits, federal aid to various institutions, and more than $13.7 billion going to state and local governments.
