Broomall-Newtown, PA Baseball (13-15) advance to semi finals
Our local baseball players advanced one step deeper into the Babe Ruth 13-15 playoffs, beating host Longview, WA 12-3.
While the Taney Dragons of Philadelphia get a parade today for their 3rd place finish, the local 13 year old team from Broomall Newtown won their World Series, and the 15 year old local team just won their game in Longview, Washignton last night, beating the host Longview team 12-3 to advance to the semi finals tonight. They play a strong once defeated Tri-Counties, Texas team in the game at 8:05 tonight in Longview, Washington. The winner goes on to the finals on Thursday night against the winner of the game between Torrance, CA against Lumber River, NC.
