Child Sex Abuse, Child Porn Charges Filed Against Delco Man
A Crum Lynne man had photos and videos of naked children on his phone and admitted to ejaculating on children, the DA's office said.

CRUM LYNNE, PA — A Delaware County man has been accused of possessing child pornography, trying to solicit sex with a minor, and ejaculating on children, according to authorities.
District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer said Jason Eric Hasson, 29, of Crum Lynne, has been charged with felony production of child pornography, the sexual abuse of a child, indecent assault, the criminal use of a communication facility, and the corruption of a minor.
Hasson was charged following an undercover operation involving the FBI, the Office of the Attorney General, and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Surveillance by detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division revealed that small children had moved into Hasson's home, according to the DA's office.
Authorities then got a search warrant for Hasson's home, which was executed on Tuesday.
Hasson told investigators that he had child pornography depicting two underage girls on his cell phone, the DA's office said. Investigators found 12 videos showing victims with their pants pulled down and recording their buttocks and/or vagina.
The DA's office said Hasson also admitted to masturbating and ejaculating on the children while they slept on two occasions, including right before detectives came to the home.
"By the defendant’s own admission, this arrest prevented additional acts of abuse against children. We may not fully understand the pathology that causes someone to engage in these horrible acts, but, thankfully, we have skilled law enforcement agents who are willing to do what it takes to intercept and stop them," Stollsteimer said. "As we come to the end of Child Abuse Prevention Month, I want to state again unequivocally that child pornography is a form of child abuse. It is not a victimless crime – the absence of a physical scar does not make it any less a form of abuse. My office, together with all the members of the ICAC, remain committed to working ceaselessly to arrest and prosecute anyone who engages in this despicable conduct."
Hasson was remanded to the George Hill Correctional Facility after failing to post 10 percent of $500,000 bail.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 10.
