Delco Malthouse Helping Make Special Veterans Memorial Day Brew
Numerous veteran owned and operated PA breweries are joining up to make "Adapt And Overcome" to celebrate Memorial Day.
GLEN MILLS, PA — A Delaware County malthouse is teaming up with numerous other Pennsylvania breweries for a special Memorial Day brew.
Breweries in Pennsylvania recently announced the return of an all Pennsylvania Veterans beer
collaboration.
Today, more than 350,000 Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard veterans live in Pennsylvania while continuing to serve or preparing for retirement.

Memorial Day weekend 2021, 20 Pennsylvania veteran owned/operated breweries are coming together for the second ever state-wide collaboration beer in support of military veterans by military veterans.
The brew, called "Adapt And Overcome," will be a light drinking Hazy IPA with a release scheduled for Memorial Day Weekend 2021 at all participating breweries.

Among those 20 veteran owned or operated businesses is Deer Creek Malthouse, located at 1629 Street Road in Glen Mills.
Deer Creek will provide grain and malt for this beer.
To support the large volume of beer needed for this project the beer was brewed at 2nd Story Brewing in Philadelphia, as well as at GearHouse Brewing in Chambersburg.
Proceeds from the beer will go to the Pennsylvania Veterans Foundation, which exists to provide aid and support for Pennsylvania veterans and their families. Over the last eight years, the Pennsylvania Veterans Foundation raised more than 2 million dollars towards their cause.
