Senior Victims Services Talk

The Marple Newtown Senior Citizens Advisory Committee will host its monthly speaking engagement on Wednesday, Oct. 17, at 1 p.m. in the lower level meeting room at the Marple Public Library.

This month's guest speaker is Diane Peters, who will be speaking about Senior Victims Services.

Senior Victim Services, Inc., as a private non profit organization, serves victims of crime in Delaware County age 55 years and older.  The organization provides advocacy, assistance and safety within the criminal justice system and with social service agencies and community organizations, in order to restore older person’s lives and prevent further victimization.

Light refreshments will be served afterwards.
