Free Meals Available For MNSD Families Through June
Meals will be available for pick up from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesdays at three schools after signing up online. See details here.
MARPLE-NEWTOWN, PA — The Marple Newtown School District recently announced it will offer its free meals through June.
According to the district, the United State Department of Agriculture extended the nationwide waivers to continue the Seamless Summer Option through June this year.
With extension, all MNSD students as well as anyone 18 years old and younger that live in their household can get free breakfast and lunch.

The free meals will be provided on A and B days. In addition to in school meals, students are entitled to get meals when they do not attend school on Mondays and Fridays.
Meals will be available for pick up from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesdays at Marple Newtown High School, Russell Elementary, and Paxon Middle schools. Those picking up meals must form a car line around the backside of the school by the loading dock.

The district said families can also pickup meals for other families, as long they provide the names of the children you are picking up for.
Three lunch meals and five breakfast meals will be provided. Virtual students will get five breakfast meals and five lunch meals, according to the district. Menus will be posted online here.
To get the free meals, fill out this online form. Once the form is completed, pick ups will be immediately available on Wednesdays.
District cafeteria employees will be on location to assist those picking up meals.
