Man Sought In Marple 7-Eleven Strong Arm Robbery
A man is wanted in connection with a strong-arm robbery that occurred at 7-Eleven Saturday in Marple Township.
MARPLE TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Marple Township are looking for the person involved in a strong-armed robbery at a 7-Eleven store last week.
Marple Police were called to the 7-Eleven store at 2915 Springfield Road in Broomall at about 5:15 p.m. Saturday for a strong-armed robbery.
Police said no one was hurt and it's unclear how much was stolen from the store.

According to police, the suspect and another man tried to pass a counterfeit $100 bill and a scuffle at the counter broke out after an employee refused to give the bill back.
The suspect was described as a black man in his 20s who was wearing a black jacket and a black mask over his face.

The suspects were driving what police believe to be a white Buick Encore with possible a New Jersey license plate.
Police said the men involved in this incident also passed a counterfeit $100 bill in Newtown Township Friday night.
