Marple Township Police Hosting National Night Out Event Aug 3
National Night Out, founded in nearby Wynnewood, is a night bringing the community together with first responders to strengthen bonds.

MARPLE TOWNSHIP, PA — After a year hiatus, the National Night Out event is back on and Marple Township Police are hosting their own event.
From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 3 in the rear of Cardinal O'Hara High School, the public is invited meet their neighbors and police officers to heighten crime awareness and strengthen the bond between the police and the community.
This year's event will feature a DJ, food, games, giveaways, first responders, various equipment and vehicles, demonstrations, and more.
