More Than 250 Without Power In Marple, Newtown Due To Storm: PECO

The major storm rolling through the Philadelphia region has left more than 250 Marple and Newtown PECO customers powerless Tuesday night.

MARPLE TOWNSHIP, PA – More than 250 PECO customers in Marple and Newtown townships are without power as of 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 15.

PECO's outage map shows about 260 customers powerless in Marple. In Newtown, there are about 10 without power.

The outages are likely result of the major storm moving through the Philadelphia region Thursday evening.

PECO has not provided service restoration time as of 6:50 p.m. Tuesday.
