More Coronavirus Testing Offered In Delaware County This Week
Delaware County is providing more public, drive-thru coronavirus testing this week in Darby.
DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — More public coronavirus testing is available this week in Delaware County.
Officials said testing is available all week for insured and uninsured individuals 12 years of age or older who live or work in Delaware County and have coronavirus symptoms, were exposed to coronavirus, or are considered critical or essential workers.
Testing will be conducted at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, 1500 Lansdowne Ave. in Darby.

There are no out-of-pocket costs or co-pays for testing; however, individuals with health insurance are asked to please bring their insurance card to the test site. Masks or face coverings must be worn.
Those who test positive may be contacted by the Chester County Health Department Disease Investigation team to complete an investigation.

Test results take three to five days.
Preregistration for testing is required and can be done online here.
Testing details are below:
- Monday — 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Tuesday — 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Wednesday — 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Thursday — 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Friday — 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
