Newtown Street Road Lane Closing Weekdays Through March 21
Aqua Pennsylvania will be working along a portion of Newtown Street Road starting Monday lasting through late March.
NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Newtown Street Road will have a single-direction lane closure weekdays through late March due to Aqua Pennsylvania work, according to PennDOT.
PennDOT said the northbound lane of Newtown Street Road/Route 252 will close through late December starting Monday for utility construction.
The affected portion of the road is between Charles Ellis Drive and Caley Road.

PennDOT said the lane closure will be in place weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and last until Sunday, March 21.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.
All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
