Paving Work Affecting Bishop Hollow Road This Week In Newtown
PennDOT said lanes will be closed along Bishop Hollow Road in Newtown and Upper Providence townships this week due to paving work.
NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Bishop Hollow Road in Newtown Township will have lanes closed during the daytime this week for resurfacing work, PennDOT said.
Drivers will encounter lane closures from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily this week on Bishop Hollow Road.
The lanes will be closed between West Chester Pike/Route 3 and Ridley Creek Road in Marple and Upper Providence townships.

Closures will be in effect through Friday as crews mill and pave the road.
The work is part of several projects to repair and resurface more than 200 miles of state highway in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns will occur.
