Workshop focused on vital life saving strategies & crucial techniques to help young females make wise choices, feel confident, & stay safe.
Join us for a very special 1-hour self-defense workshop geared towards female High School Students and College Freshman. Learn the #1 most effective physical defensive move, 3 crucial offensive techniques, and so much more. Give yourself or a loved one the tools to stay safe in these uncertain times.

Workshop is scheduled to take place in the gymnasium. In the event we are unable to be inside due to Covid-19 restrictions, we will move it outdoors with a rain date of August 6th. Should weather not be favorable, we will provide the seminar via Zoom on August 6th. No refunds. Space is limited due to social distancing guidelines.
