Police Searching For Man Who Took 'Upskirt' Video In Delco T.J. Maxx: Report

Police are seeking a man they say recorded an “upskirt” video of a woman without her consent at a Delaware County department store, according to NBC10.

The incident reportedly occurred shortly before 1 p.m. on July 24 at a T.J. Maxx in the Lawrence Park Shopping Center, in Broomall.

According to the report, the victim had been shopping when she felt something brush against her leg. She turned around to find a man squatting behind her and holding an iPhone. The phone’s red light could reportedly be seen, indicating it was in video mode.

The man left the store when confronted by the woman. Employees later contacted the Marple Township Police Department.
