Broomall Man Identified as I-476 Crash Victim

A 2009 Ocean City High School graduate was identified in a fatal car crash on I-476 of Delaware County, in the Radnor area, according to NBC40.

Edward E. Harre, 22, of Broomall, was traveling southbound Friday at a high rate of speed when he lost control, striking the median barrier. Officials said the vehicle then overturned multiple times, when it came to a final stop on the its roof, according to NBC40.
