Woman Found Dead At Delco Worksite: Report

CHESTER, PA — A woman was found dead in Delaware County Tuesday and police are asking for help.

According to the Delaware County Daily Times, a woman's body was found at 7:11 a.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Norris Street in Chester.

A black woman was found dead lying face down at a constriction site, the outlet reports.
