Northampton Township Police said in a criminal complaint that Washington was known to let teens hang out at his home in Holland. A 15-year-old girl reported that, on Saturday, Feb. 15, she was at his home when she began feeling singled out by Washington.
While her friends were in Washington's bedroom playing a video game, she said, he pushed her back into the living room and joined her on a sofa. There, she said, Washington told her he wanted to take her virginity and perform other sex acts with her.
