Bucks County Designer House to Be Unveiled at Party Next Month

Explore this year's designer house, Villa d'Braccia in Chalfont, during an Empty House Party on March 1.

The Village Improvement Association of Doylestown will kick off its annual Bucks County Designer House & Gardens fundraiser with an Empty House Party next month.

This year’s designer house is Villa d’Braccia, located in Chalfont. The property is described as a distinctive Mediterranean-style villa that showcases “extensive” use of tile, marble and Italian charm.

The Empty House Party will be held on March 1 from 2 to 5 pm. It will be a chance to see the property before approximately 30 designers take two months to transform the buildings and gardens.
