Cat Cafe Coming To Bucks County

Plans are in the works to bring a cat cafe to Bucks County.

Eilene Shaffer, former educator and pet lover, tells Patch she has plans to open the cat cafe somewhere between Doylestown and Quakertown. The exact location is to be determined.

As Shaffer explains, a cat cafe is part cafe and part rescue.

"The cats will be provided by the Bucks County SPCA with back up from Kitty Junction. They are residents until adopted. They free roam in the cat room," she explained.

The cafe will serve locally sourced coffee and desserts.
