We will be having another of our Patriots Flag Program placements at the October 23rd Northampton Supervisors meeting, 7:30PM in honor of Army 1st Lt. Jacob Sweed who resides in Holland, Northampton Township. The ceremony will take place at the Northampton Township building located 55 Township Rd., Richboro.

Sweed and his Special Ops unit recently deployed to an Imminent Danger designated area. Jacob’s mom Margot and his dad Rob will place Jacob’s personalized Army flag in the display during the ceremony. He will be the 90th Northampton resident honored with a flag under the program started in April 2003. When he returns home after his deployment there will be another ceremony, as a welcome home ceremony, where his flag will be presented to him and replaced in the display with a personalized U.S. flag.

All are welcome to attend and honor one of our Northampton Patriots.
