Lanes To Close For Paving On Swamp Road, Mill Creek Road
The work next week in Wrightstown is part of a project to repair and resurface 35 miles of state highway in Bucks County.
WRIGHTSTOWN, PA — Parts of Swamp Road and Mill Creek Road will have lane closures next week as part of a paving and resurfacing project.
The closures will be periodic between Tuesday, May 28, and Friday, May 31, according to PennDOT. They'll be between 9 a.m.-3 p.m. as crews work on milling and paving the lanes.
The work is part of a project to repair and resurface 35 miles of state highway in Bucks County.

The work locations will be:
- Swamp Road between Rushland Jamison Road and Rt. 232 (2nd Street Pike) in Wrightstown
- Mill Creek Road between Swamp Road and Washington Creek/Mill Creek Road in Wrightstown
Motorists in the area are advised by PennDOT to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns are expected. The schedule is weather-dependent.
