Missing Bucks 13-Year-Old Who Stole Van Swapped Tags: Police
He was spotted on video at a gas station about 30 minutes after he left home, gassing up the van and switching license plates, police say.
BUCKS COUNTY, PA — A 13-year-old boy from Bucks County who stole his parents' minivan in the middle of the night and has not been seen since Sunday was spotted swapping out license plates on the van, according to police.
Pennsylvania State Police say Kadin Kent Willauer, 13, left his home in Milford Township at about 3:30 a.m. Sunday in his parents' white 2016 Chrysler Town & Country minivan. The minivan had Pennsylvania registration JZV0413.
But, in an update Tuesday, police say Kadin was spotted less than 30 minutes later at a gas station in Upper Saucon Township in Lehigh County. They say security video showed him gassing up the minivan and changing the van's license plate to ZGW 4969.

Kadin is described as standing 5'9" and weighing about 130 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a jacket and a black baseball cap.
