Northampton Veterans Day Ceremony Recap

Northampton Township Veterans Day Ceremony Held Sunday Nov. 10th.

Northampton Township held its Veterans Day Ceremony on Sunday, November 10th at the grounds of the Township building. The Ceremony was put together by the Township’s Veterans Advisory Commission. The officiator was Army Veteran Dave Reese, the National Anthem was sung by Lisa Garner, the Invocation was given by Doug Fulford, Color Guard provided by the Patriot Detachment 1230 Marine Corps League and the keynote speaker was Army Veteran Zachary Wyant. The ceremony concluded with the unveiling of 17 new Veteran’s Memorial Bricks. Guest officials in attendance, along with Supervisors Adam Selisker, Kim Rose and Frank O’Donnell were Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick, State Representative Wendi Thomas, District Attorney Matt Weintraub and State Senator Tommy Tomlinson’s staffer Nick Diasio.
