Suspected Thief Arrested While Dozing At Dunkin Donuts
In Northampton, the same officers who investigated the car break-in were called later to check on a man falling asleep at the doughnut shop.

NORTHAMPTON, PA — A man suspected of breaking into a car in Northampton was arrested hours later when police say the officers who investigated found him dozing off in a nearby Dunkin Donuts.
On Saturday, Northampton Township Police officers responded to a call in the Holland section of the township, where a resident said someone had broken into her vehicle. Some time between Friday evening and Saturday morning, she told police, someone stole an iPod Nano, a USB cord and loose change from the car.
She described what police called distinctive markings on the iPod.

Later, the same officers were called to investigate a report of a man inside the Dunkin Donuts in the Village Shires Shopping Center who had been there for a few hours and was reportedly "nodding and falling asleep."
While checking on the man, whom police identify as Christopher Brian Gasiewski, 22, they saw he had an iPod Nano with the same markings the theft victim had described.

The woman was called to the Dunkin Donuts, where she identified the iPod as hers. Gasiewski was charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and theft from a motor vehicle.
He was arraigned and sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10% of $100,000 bail.
