$50K State Grant To Perkiomen Township Fire Company
The funding will help the volunteer organization purchase thermal imaging equipment and study planned upgrades to the firehouse.

PERKIOMEN TOWNSHIP, PA — One local volunteer firefighting organization is $50,000 richer thanks to a state grant that was given to officials this week.
Pennsylvania State Rep. Matt Bradford, a Democrat representing parts of Montgomery County, stopped by the Perkiomen Township Fire Company's monthly meeting on Monday to present fire company officers with a check, according to the fire company.
The organization posted photos to its Facebook page showing Bradford presenting the oversized check to Perkiomen Township Fire Company President Brad Bonner.
