An arrest has been made in connection with a dog found dead inside a metal cage wrapped in plastic in Upper Dublin Township earlier this month. According to police, Charles McCafferty IV, 22, of Lansdale, has been charged with cruelty to animals in connection with the death of his dog, found dumped in the wrapped cage on March 9.
