Burglary at Wine and Liquor Store in Schwenksville

A police report does not indicate a conviction. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

are investigating a burglary in which several items were stolen from the around 2 a.m. Friday.
An unknown person smashed the glass of the right-side entry door and got into the store, according to a police report. The burglar then walked down the first aisle and took about nine items from “the shelf closest to the wall,” placing them in a bag, the report states. The person then fled the scene through the smashed front door.

Brick Tossed through Schwenksville Home’s Window
Police are asking for the public’s help in investigating a criminal mischief incident that occurred shortly before 8 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Gravel Pike in Schwenksville Borough.
According to police, a brick was tossed through the kitchen window of a 54-year-old man’s Schwenksville residence.

Police: Items Stolen from Unlocked Cars
Police are investigating thefts that occurred in the 400 block of Adrian Road and the 130 block of Regents Road, Perkiomen Township, sometime between 3 p.m. Dec. 6, and 6 a.m. Dec. 7.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police report, unknown people (or one person) entered the unlocked vehicles, which were parked in driveways, and removed one Sony Cybershot digital camera and about $30 in change.

Another Smash-and-Grab Theft Reported
The passenger -side window of a vehicle was smashed and a woman’s black purse, and miscellaneous items” were taken while the car was parked in Skippack Township between 7:30 and 9:30 p.m. Dec. 7, police said.
The thief’s identity is unknown at this time.
Police ask anyone with information to call the Skippack Barracks, 610-584-1250, and reference incident number K03-1820501.

Police Respond to Report of Drug Possession at Perkiomen Valley High School
According to a Pennsylvania State Police report, troopers were called to the for a report of drug and paraphernalia possession. The suspect is a 17-year-old girl.
The investigation continues, the report states.

Report: Car Window Deliberately Scratched
Pennsylvania State Police are seeking information regarding a criminal mischief incident that took place in the 600 block of Gravel Pike in Perkiomen Township, sometime between 11 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, and 8 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 11.
An unknown person (or people) scratched the window of a vehicle belonging to a Graterford, PA, man. It is unknown how the perpetrators arrived or left the scene.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Pennsylvania State Police Skippack Barracks at 610-584-1250.

Report: Skippack Woman Scammed out of Thousands of Dollars
According to a police report, an unknown person (or people) contacted a Skippack woman in October, posing as a realty company to discuss purchasing her timeshare.
The woman agreed to sell her timeshare, and paid approximately $5,000 in fees upfront, Pennsylvania State Police said.
The deal has since been determined fraudulent.
