Collegeville Man Filmed Girls In Perkiomen Valley HS Locker Room: Cops

BREAKING: A man walked into the PV high school locker room during a swim meet and began filming girls on his cell phone, cops said.

A man has been arrested after allegedly walking into the locker room at Perkiomen Valley High School and recording video on his cell phone,

John Lyons Jr., of Collegeville, has been arrested and charged with invasion of privacy, among other counts, court documents show.

The incident occurred on Feb. 18 at 11 a.m. during the Perkiomen Invitational Swim Meet, Pennsylvania State Police said.

Girls from several schools that were attending the meet were using the boys locker room because there was not enough space, police said.

When Lyons entered the room, he immediately began filming. Students told administrators, who notified the police.

Lyons was arrested without incident on the scene.
