Gallery: Scaring Up Fun at Skippack Halloween Party

Activities, food and music were part of the pre-holiday festivities

Snow and rain were chilling the region Saturday, but the Halloween spirit was burning warm and bright as families turned out for the Skippack Lions' annual Halloween Party at the auditorium.

Costumed kids literally bounded about with energy inside the giant bouncy castle, added to their holiday looks with some face painting, enjoyed the refreshments and practiced their aim with frisbee and bean bag tosses. Everyone could groove to "Thriller" or "The Monster Mash" courtesy of a GK Entertainment DJ, and Nicole Dubrow of was on hand for a live demonstration.
