The man allegedly "watched his girlfriend die" inside her car at a local park.

UPPER PROVIDENCE, PA -- First degree murder charges have been filed against a Phoenixville man after his girlfriend was found dead inside a car at Lock 60 in December, the Montgomery County District Attorney’s office announced Friday.
Anthony Michael Noble, 27, of Phoenixville, was with Joette L. Mullin on December 14 at the park.
DA Kevin Steele alleges that Noble injected Mullen with multiple needles filled with cocaine, and that he then sat there and watched her die.
