Man Charged In Killing Of 22-Year-Old In Montgomery County
An arrest was made Thursday in the killing of a 22-year-old woman in Montgomery County this week.
PERKIOMEN TOWNSHIP, PA — An arrest has been made in the recent killing of a 22-year-old woman in Montgomery County, according to court documents and media reports.
Nicholas Forman, 23, of Collegeville, has been charged with first and third degree murder, documents show. A report from WFMZ states that this arrest is for the murder of Sabrina Harooni earlier this week.
Authorities are expected to provide additional information Friday. A report by NBC10 says Forman was Harooni's boyfriend. The couple reportedly had a fight in front of an Uber driver Sunday night, then Forman hired another Uber to take an injured Harooni to the hospital the next morning.

Forman was taken into custody by state troopers in Salford Township Thursday.
Harooni, of Gilbertsville, was assaulted on Monday, Feb. 3 on Hamilton Road in Perkiomen Township, state police said.

Details of the attack and circumstances remain unclear. It occurred at some point between midnight and 10:30 a.m. Harooni was taken to Pottstown Memorial Hospital at around 1 p.m. and was later pronounced dead, officials said.
The cause and manner of Harooni's death are being investigated by the Montgomery County Coroner's Office.
Forman was convicted of drug possession in 2015 and was sentenced to a year behind bars.
Pennsylvania State Police's Skippack Criminal Investigation Unit and the Montgomery County Detective's Bureau are continuing to look into the case.
No bail is allowed for murder charges, and Forman was booked at Montgomery County Correctional Facility. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 12 before Magisterial District Judge Albert J. Augustine.
