Montco's Adorable Pet Of The Week: 'Large, Powerful' Chomper

PERKIOMENVILLE, PA — Not every pet-human relationship is for the faint of heart.

Such must be the case for the human who would take on the responsibility of the heart of Chomper.

This one-year-old Rottweiler is a "large, powerful" dog with a penchant for pulling on walks and little desire to obey.

"He is a work in progress, but aims to please," the Montgomery County SPCA facility in Perkiomenville says. "Do you have what it takes to make this diamond in the rough shine brightly?"

Chomper should not be placed in a home with children, small animals, or cats, but might do well with a large female dog, the SPCA believes.
