• 2011 Turkey Trot 5K Run and Family Walk, Nov. 13 at 9 a.m. in
The Turkey Trot is $10 per person and kids under 12 run free! Any donation of $10 or more will receive a T-Shirt. There will be music, food, and prizes to the first place runners. The event is from 7 to 10 p.m. Attendees must by 21 or older; tickets are $15 each ($20 at the door).
• is seeking volunteer help for its Christmas Bazaar on Friday, Nov. 18 (4 to 8 p.m.) and Saturday, Nov. 19 (9 a.m. and 3 p.m.)
• The cheerleaders will be sponsoring a pancake breakfast on Nov. 12 from 8-10 a.m. at the Applebee’s in Royersfod. Prices are $7 for adults and $3 for children younger than 10; breakfast includes pancakes, sausage, coffee, juice, tea or soda.
