Obit: Ditmar Erich Hahn, 84, of Schwenksville

Ditmar Erich Hahn passed away peacefully on May 16, 2016 in Good Samaritan Hospice in West Palm Beach, FL. He was born in Philadelphia on April 4, 1932, and as he grew up, he was very active in the Vereinigung Erzgebirge German Club playing soccer.
After marrying and moving to Schwenksville, he was very active in Boy Scouts and even served as the Scout Master for Troop 105 for many years. He worked for SKF Industries, retiring in 1995 and ultimately moved to Florida in 2012. He is survived by his wife Gael (Webber), sons Terry (Barbara) & Robin (Haley), Kim Elliott Proud, Wade Elliott (Michelle) and nine grandchildren.
A celebration of Ditmar’s life will be held on Saturday, June 25th from 3-5 p.m. at the Jerusalem Lutheran Church, 2 nd Avenue in Schwenksville. Friends, family and colleagues are most welcome to come and share their stories.
